Three young boys in their early 20s have been apprehended by the Special Anit Cultism Squad Enugwu Ukwu of Anambra State Police Command, for the alleged theft of a black-coloured Lexus 330 SUV.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Command’s spokesman, SP Tochukwu Ikenga.
He gave the names of the suspects as Ifesinachi Okonwko (22), Chisom Okafor (20) and Oderah Ebenezer (20).
They were arrested by the operatives on January 15, 2025, at Kwata junction, Awka, while driving the SUV without a plate number.
Ikenga disclosed that the suspects have confessed to stealing the car at Isuaniocha Village, Awka North Local Government Area of the State.
Besides, they also belong to the same criminal gang terrorizing innocent citizens in Awka.
